About Accommodation & Guest Rooms

Are there paid TV programs?
Diamond Hotel provides an In-Room Theater option. 23-hour unlimited viewing is available for ¥1,000(tax included). (1:00 p.m. ~ 12:00 p.m. the next day) Please purchase In-Room Theater cards from the vending machine in front of the elevators.
Do you accept waiting list reservations?
No, we do not accept waiting list reservations.
Do you have non-smoking rooms?
Yes, but we only have limited availability. Therefore, we cannot guarantee the reservation of non-smoking rooms. You can place a request, but we may not be able to provide a non-smoking room depending on availability. Thank you for your understanding.
When should I pay for my room?
Please pay with cash or credit card at check-in.
Can I use the room after the check-out time?

If you pay the extension fee, you can extend your stay past the check-out time.

* Your request may be declined depending on availability.

Can I go into my room before the check-in time?
You will be charged extra, but depending on the availability of the room, you may be able to use it.
Can I leave my luggage at the hotel until check-in?
Yes, please ask the staff at the front desk. Note: We do not accept bags with valuables.
Is room service available?
Room service is not available.
Can I use the Internet?
Free Internet is available in all the guest rooms, but you are required to have your own computer. (LAN Connection & Wi-Fi) The LAN cable is in the desk drawer in the guest rooms.
How big are the guest rooms?
Single & Semi-double: 13.5 sqm / Twin: 27 sqm
Can I share a bed with my children?
Yes, but we charge an extra fee. The following charges apply for children aged 12 and below who are sharing a bed.
・With towels and other amenities: ¥2,500 (tax included)
・Without towels and other amenities: ¥1,100 (tax included)

* Those aged 13 and above count as an adult.

Is there a refrigerator?
All guest rooms have a refrigerator. The refrigerators are unstocked. You can use it as you like.
What time are check-in and check-out?
The times vary according to each plan. Please check which plan you signed up for. You can choose a value plan according to your schedule.
Note: For twin rooms, check-in is at 3:00 p.m. and check-out is at 12:00 p.m.

Regarding Meals, Restaurants, and Bars

What is breakfast like?
Restaurant Plumeria on the first floor of the hotel is the breakfast venue and offers a Japanese and Western cuisine buffet. (A non-buffet style may be offered due to the hotel’s circumstances).
Rate: ¥1,540/person (tax included)
Opening hours: 7:00 a.m. ~ 10:00 a.m.

Regarding Hotel Facilities & Equipment

Do you have a parking lot? Can I reserve a space?
Yes, but we do not accept reservations. Parking will be provided on a first-come, first-served basis. Parking space is limited.
Opening hours: 8:00 a.m. ~ 10:00 p.m. (Exiting and entering the car park is not permitted during off hours.)
Restrictions: Total Length: 4.9 m / Total Width: 1.70 m (Maximum width of tires: 1.69 m) / Total Height: 1.55 m / Weight: 1.6 tons (No high roof cars)

*Please note that you will be denied entry if your car exceeds the restrictions.
Fee: ¥2,000/night (tax included) (must be paid in advance)
*Overnight parking hours are 12:00 p.m. until 12:00 p.m. the next day. *If our car park is full or your car does not fit, we can redirect you to a nearby pay parking lot. However, please note that there are not many parking lots nearby.

Do you have free parking?
We provide two hours’ free parking for guests that spend ¥3,000 or more at our restaurants.
Do you have an ice maker?
There is an ice maker at a vending machine booth on the second floor.
Do you have a microwave?
There is a microwave at a vending machine booth on the second floor.
Do you have a coin laundry?
There is a coin laundry at a vending machine booth on the second floor.
Do you have courier services?
Yes, but we only accept cash-on-delivery packages from Yamato Transport. (We do not accept the delivery of prepaid packages.)
Note: Please be aware that packages may take longer to arrive in some areas (Hokkaido, Kyushu, Okinawa, Izu Islands, etc.)
